3.1. Buying in-game services may violate the terms and conditions of Destiny 2 as set forth by Bungie.
By choosing to use our services, you acknowledge and accept that there is a risk of your account being terminated, suspended, or subjected to other penalties by Bungie. While we take every precaution to minimize this risk, we cannot guarantee that your account will remain unaffected.
3.2. If your account does receive any disciplinary action, we can not be held accountable, and you accept this when you complete any purchase.
4. Payment and Refunds
4.1. All payments for our services are processed through secure third-party payment providers, such as Stripe.
4.2. Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. If a service cannot be completed for any reason, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
4.3. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the user without contacting us first may result in the termination of services and future access to the website.
5. Delivery of Services
5.1. We will complete the services as quickly as possible, based on the availability of our boosters and the complexity of the requested service.
5.2. You agree that any completion times provided are estimates and may vary due to in-game factors or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. If you think there was a problem with your order, let us know right away by emailing us at fireteamsupp@gmail.com. We will investigate your concern and respond as promptly as possible.
6.2. Please note that filing a dispute through the any third-party payment processor for non-receipt of virtual goods is prohibited. Due to the nature of virtual goods and services, payment processors are unable to accurately determine their delivery status, and buyer protection provided by these processors does not apply.
6.3. Any disputes regarding virtual goods or services that violate our terms and conditions will be considered invalid, including those filed through Stripe, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and other payment methods.
